SSMS changing logged in Windows Authentication account

Use the other account to open the SSMS:

1- Open command prompt: cmd.exe

C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\100\Tools\Binn\VSShell\Common7\IDE>

runas /netonly /user:DomainName\NewUsername ssms.exe
